How to Install libcpl-dev software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

libcpl-dev software package provides ESO library for automated astronomical data-reduction, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libcpl-dev 

libcpl-dev is installed in your system.
